The remodel transformed this home from a collection of dark, heavy spaces defined by bold paint colors, textured walls, dated finishes, and compartmentalized layouts into a bright, modern, and cohesive interior. Walls that once closed off rooms were opened to create a seamless flow, allowing for an open concept that now connects the living room, bar, pool bathroom, seating area, and dining room. The removal of faux finishes and heavy stone accents made way for clean lines and a fresh, neutral palette, while outdated lighting, cabinetry, and flooring were replaced with contemporary selections that highlight natural light, elevate functionality, and create an inviting, open atmosphere throughout the home.
